Fresco Sofrito by DMJ Sofrito seasoning paste is a flavorful, fresh blend of Latin-inspired herbs, vegetables, and spices designed to add vibrant flavor to a variety of dishes.

INGREDIENTS: Green and red bell pepper, cilantro, Bitter orange mojo (bitter orange juice, filtered water) culantro, sweet cachucha pepper, garlic, onion, white vinegar, oregano, salt.
INGREDIENTES: Ajies campana verdes y rojos, cilantro, culantro, mojo de naranja (jugo de naranja, agua filtrada) culantro, ajicitos, ajo, cebolla, white vinegar, oregano, salt.

USES: as a seasoning base or to pre-season meat, poultry or seafood:
